Society must let
go of pain of past
The forces of prejudice and hatred
are still running strong in this country, despite the efforts of those
working for racial equality.
More time in desks won't help
system
The time-honored tradition of staring
at the big clock over the chalkboard and willing its hands to turn past
3 p.m. is in danger of becoming irrelevant.
Athletes should sweat on court,
not in closet
Professional athletes are human just
like everyone else in the world. For the most part, their job is to entertain
us with their talents on the field or court.
