Berger's passion still going strong
For School of Theatre and Dance Director Sidney Berger, adding another level of perspective to people's lives ? whether it's children, fans of Shakespeare or theater aficionados ? has been a goal achieved. 
 

Library serves as alternative to renting
It may not be well known that M.D. Anderson Library -- the place where students check their MySpace accounts, pore over books for a good quote in that research paper due the next day and print 450 pages at a time -- has a DVD collection far superior to the nearby Blockbuster, and it's all free. 
 

'Blades' wins gold with shallow humor
Here's a list of awkward situations that would make any guy uneasy: some huge guy in a Speedo two sizes too small; passing gas in an elevator; a man wearing a Hello Kitty backpack with matching bracelets; and getting beat by a girl in a sport. 
 

Student journal thinks 'small but in a big way'
The first issue of NANO Fiction, a non-profit literary journal run entirely by UH undergraduates that focuses on succinct pieces, will go on sale today.
