Board sets fixed limit 
on tuition increase
The UH System Board of Regents approved a recommendation for a maximum tuition increase of 12.4 percent for students taking 12 credit hours next year at its meeting Tuesday, though final rates won't be decided until May.

Scary Spice is putting a new spin on the old tune "Say You'll Be There." The former Spice Girl Melanie Brown gave birth Tuesday to a healthy baby girl and already, the baby-daddy drama is in full swing. 
 

UH throws away game with Baylor
The Cougars were plagued by costly errors Tuesday night against Baylor in Waco, and in the end, were sent packing with a 12-6 loss that snapped the team's four-game winning streak.
