It's a good time
as any for Girl Power
Scary Spice is putting a new spin
on the old tune "Say You'll Be There." The former Spice Girl Melanie Brown
gave birth Tuesday to a healthy baby girl and already, the baby-daddy drama
is in full swing.
School children have protected
rights too
Most elementary school children don't
have ideas that go beyond the politics of the playground, but this assumption
shouldn't be taken into account when dealing with their constitutional
rights.
Court should never have heard
EPA cause
Hold the phone. A government agency
actually displayed a modicum of self-oversight in fulfilling its public
charge.
