reports
The first meeting of the 44th Student
Government Association featured the passage of a bill related to accountability
and a resolution calling for new smoke-free zones in the University Center
arbor.
Club launches a new identity
Frisbees streak through the air as
members of the UH Ultimate Frisbee club tirelessly pass discs to one another
during offensive drills at the intramural field.
Inventor: technology moving rapidly
Raymond Kurzweil emphasized the "exponential
progression and evolution" of technology and what role medicine and biology
will play in the future to an audience of almost 1,000 Wednesday night
at Cullen Performance Hall.
