crisis plans in wake of shooting
The University released a statement
Monday in response to calls regarding campus security following the deaths
of at least 33 people in a shooting at Virginia Tech -- the deadliest shooting
rampage in U.S. history.
Annan calls for unity
Kofi Annan said Monday evening that
the people of the world must unite to combat the proliferation of war,
poverty and disease.
