Ups and downs
UH enrollment of graduate and post-baccalaureate
students has steadily decreased since 2002 because of three factors --
a fluctuating economy, local competition and increasing tuition.
Student dies at Cullen Oaks
A UH student was found dead in his
room on the second floor of Building 3 of the Cullen Oaks residence hall
Tuesday morning, apparently from natural causes, a University release said.
UH recruiters employ varied tactics
Graduate recruitment efforts usually
involve traveling to information sessions and college fairs around the
country, and talking to students about pursuing higher degrees at UH.
