UH reconsiders late registration fee
A $100 late registration fee that was supposed to be implemented in the fall will be postponed after vocal opposition from the Student Government Association and more than 2,100 students who were informed of the fee through a Facebook group. 
 

Former regent dies at age 85
UH alumnus Jack Valenti, creator of the movie rating system and former member of the UH System Board of Regents, died Wednesday at the age of 85 of complications from a stroke.
