LIFE & ARTS
Jacket DVD offers
first live footage
Halloween is an interesting release
day for music and DVDs and even more interesting for a group whose only
other live album was, whether coincidentally or brilliantly marketed, recorded
on Halloween a few years ago.
Troupe makes the common unique
Natural rhythms are woven into the
fabric of our everyday lives in everyday items. While such things are often
lost in the hum of daily tasks, one group of artists uses "found objects"
to recapture the dull and usual and render them musical.
Family band shines in 'Colorblind'
Imagine going to church on Sunday
and finding a full-scale block party in progress, complete with a gospel
choir and horn section centered on a four-piece band. |
