Be grateful for
furtune this holiday
Thanksgiving is three days away, and
while it will be nice to have a few days off and get reacquainted with
family and friends, we should all do something really novel: sincerely
be thankful for what we have.
Sleep-out not effective in helping
homeless
The UH American Medical Student Association's
Premedical Chapter hosted a sleep-out in front of M.D. Anderson Library
last Thursday in order to show students what it's like to be homeless.
Feel free not to celebrate this
year
Feel free to avoid celebrating Christmas,
Hanukkah or Kwanzaa during the holiday break this winter.
