TUESDAY What's going on in Darfur?: Amnesty International, UNICEF and the STAND, Students Taking Action Now: Darfur, chapter at UH will host a viewing of Darfur Diaries from 5 to 7 p.m. in the University Center Underground's Mediterranean Room. The documentary provides a record of events through the voices of actual Darfur refugees. Mocking trial: The Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law fraternity is recruiting new members interested in pre-law as well as those interested in mock trial events. The group meets every Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. in the Aegean Room of the UC Underground. For more information, visit www.uh.edu/phialphadelta. Taking it to the campus: The UH Impact Movement
hosts "The Grill" every Tuesday from 8 to 9 p.m. in the UC's Tejas Room.

ANNOUNCEMENTS For the homeless: The American Medical Student Association is hosting a donation drive until Nov. 30 to help Houston's homeless in downtown who are receiving care at the SEARCH clinic. To find out more, such as what items are sought and where drop-off locations are around campus and off campus, e-mail Jana at yjana@hotmail.com. Holidays: There will be no class, or publication of The Daily Cougar, from Wednesday to Saturday for the Thanksgiving holiday. Classes, and publication, will resume Monday.
