Like the mythical phoenix that fiercely
rose from the ashes, the 2006 Cougar football team have resurrected their
once proud gridiron legacy with the resolve of a champion.
School bus seat belts worth the
price
Each year, 17,000 children are hospitalized
because of school bus-related accidents. Last week's fatal school bus accident
in Alabama was another sobering reminder we need to do more to make buses
safer for children.
Bush makes poor choice for family-planning
head
Ignoring promises to encourage bipartisanship,
President Bush has nominated a conservative pro-life advocate to head the
U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Office of Population Affairs.
