News Course to prepare engineers for exam Students must pass fundamentals test to prove competency COUGAR NEWS STAFF The Cullen College of Engineering will host a review series for engineering students intent on taking the certifying Fundamentals of Engineering exam in April. The 15 sessions will be hosted from 7:15 to 9:15 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays starting Feb. 8. Prior subject knowledge is expected. Passing the Fundamentals of Engineering exam is required for all professional engineers in order to guarantee academic competency. The exam is offered by the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and is held every spring and fall. Course registration ends Wednesday. Further information concerning scheduling, registration
