Digital books could
benefit students
Long before kids had Grand Theft Auto
to teach them the joys of senseless killing and distract them from their
homework -- back when Joust was on the cutting edge -- parents and teachers
complained that video games were turning minds to mush and were responsible
for many, if not all, of the shortcomings of American youth.
Immigration not a problem for
the U.S.
Late last year, the United States
population reached 300 million. This gave opponents of immigration fresh
fuel to rant about the growing number of illegal immigrants from Latin
America, particularly Mexico.
Modern music loses its soul
Modern music is meaningless.
