OPINION
There is no shortage
of willing soliders
With President Bush's recent announcement
that we will deploy 21,000 additional troops into Iraq and make other changes
to our wartime strategy, the question on the minds of university students
is whether the draft will be brought back.
Residence halls aren't what they
used to be
Life on campus used to be enjoyable.
Not only was the Internet relatively unrestricted in access, but students
were generally free to do what they wanted with their space and time on
campus.
Enjoying alcohol doesn't make
you an alcoholic
A little more than halfway through
their college education in the U.S., most students turn 21.
Students have lost sight of
education
It's not unusual to glance around
a classroom and see a good portion of people sleeping.
