Measures may ease tuition burden
In response to the decades-long pattern of increasing tuition, some legislators in Washington and Austin have introduced bills to help curb the rising cost of college.
 

Factional conflict defines Middle East
As sectarian violence increases in Lebanon and Iraq and factional infighting between Hamas and Fatah in Palestine becomes deadly, the blind adherence to so-called patriotism has prevented the people involved from objectively assessing the political situation.
