Cougars' goal
is keeping upset a bay
The 5-17 East Carolina Pirates have
not won a game since Jan. 6, when they defeated the Div. II Chowan Hawks
68-50 at home.
UH welcomes some stiff competition
The Cougars will begin the 2007 season
by hosting the Wilson/DeMarini Invitational Friday. The tournament brings
with perennial powerhouse Michigan, Ole Miss and Texas-Arlington.
UH to face ex-coach's team
The Cougars are set to host a pair
of weekend matches against North Texas and Florida State.

home tune-up
of season in weekend meet
The last home meet of the 2007 indoor
season for the UH track and field team will be the UH Runsport All-Comers
meet, which begins at 9 a.m. Saturday.
