Medical school talks will continue
Though a specific plan has not been formulated, Provost Donald Foss said the University will keep pursuing the creation of a UH medical school by continuing "cordial" discussions with Cornell University regarding potential curriculum at what would be a joint institution. 
 

Texas in need of additional medical schools
Recently, I requested the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board establish a medical school for Prairie View A&M University.
