SFAC convenes for
2008 budget
The Student Fees Advisory Committee
is poised to begin consideration of student service fees for fiscal year
2008 Tuesday in open hearings regarding student fee-supported organizations
and programs on campus.

raises student service fees, the causes are often out of its hands.

More than 20 campus organizations
and programs will petition the Student Fees Advisory Committee for funds
from student service fees this week and early next; each must provide a
look at how those funds will benefit the student body.

Israeli actress Sharon Zuckerman showed
excerpts of the film Melanoma My Love and discussed her role in the movie
Thursday as a guest speaker for Houston Hillel.
